Frequently asked questions

Do you support eSIM?

Absolutely — most modern smartphones can activate using eSIM. You’ll be able to choose eSIM or physical SIM during signup. Make sure you check your device compatibility before ordering. 

Can I keep my existing mobile number?

Yes! You can bring your number over during signup — just keep your old SIM active until the transfer completes.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No. We don't like nonsense and neither do you. All plans are no-contract, pay-monthly, and you can change or cancel any time.

Do you offer roaming?

Yes, roaming is not enabled by default on your account - this is to protect you from having any nasty, unexpected bills at the end of the month. You can request roaming to be enabled if you wish to use it.

Many countries cost $8 a day to use your plan like you were at home, but you can check here for what roaming rates will apply.

How do I pay for my plan?

Payment is automatic each month by debit/credit card, or by direct-debit. You can update your payment method anytime.
